Yes. The platform fee is a flat €0.15 per paid ticket, VAT included. The only additional cost is the payment processing fee from our PSP (e.g., Stripe or Adyen), which is passed through at cost with no markup. You can choose to absorb that fee or pass it on to the buyer.
Holding funds until the event is completed ensures money is always available for attendee refunds in the event of a cancellation. It protects organizers from financial clawbacks and builds measurable trust with ticket buyers.
Because funds are held securely, you can trigger refunds to attendees directly from the platform dashboard. A small operational fee covers the refund transaction, but ticket revenue is always available to be returned to your customers without delay.
As an organizer, you define the resale rules for your event: whether resale is permitted, any price cap, the window during which it is allowed, and whether listings require your approval. Attendees can then list tickets through their account. The platform handles the payment transfer and issues a new valid ticket to the buyer. No third-party sites involved.
Yes. For events with free tickets the platform is completely free to use. Fees only apply when a paid ticket is sold.
